System maintenance on the central storage solution

The IT department at the University will do system maintenance on the central storage solution between the hours of 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturday 25 August. The home and shared folders will not be affected, but some services will be affected at times during the service window (GUL, Bildbank, Fabian) and other test systems.

SMS-information:
Staff and students at the University of Gothenburg can subscribe to operational information via SMS (in Swedish). You will then receive an SMS in the event of serious incidents and disruptions. Whether a SMS is sent or not is determined by the nature, extent and degree of impact of the incident, and the assessment is made on a case-by-case basis.

Planned system maintenance is carried out regularly, usually on the third Wednesday of the month.
