System maintenance (Service window), Saturday 16th of August
IT-services will conduct system maintenance regularly once a month.
Saturday, the 16th of August between 08.00 and 12.00 Am, system maintenance will be performed.
The following systems will be affected:
• Student and Staff Portal (1 hour interruption sometimes between 10.00 and 12.00 )
• Email using Imap (1 hour interruption sometimes between 10.00 and 12.00)
• Webbmail (1 hour interruption sometimes between 10.00 and 12.00)
These services will be temporarily unavailable during this time period.
People logged in to these services might also get logged out without warning during these hours.
Users of these systems should plan their work during Saturday and restrain from logging in until after 12.00 Am.
