This concerns anyone storing files on the fileserver store.sahlgrenska.gu.se
Friday the 25th of July at 4:30 pm the fileserver store.sahlgrenska.gu.se will be shut down temporarily for maintenance.
The maintenance work is expected to take approximately one and a half days.
There will be no way to access any files stored on the server during the maintenance work.
If you need access to any files stored on store.sahlgrenska.gu.se during this period it is recommended to copy them to your local computer during the maintenance period.

Good morning,
IT-services will conduct system maintenance regularly once a month.
Today, Saturday, the 19th of April between 08.00 and 12.00 Am, large system maintenance will be performed.
The following systems will be affected:
• Student and Staff Portal (a longer interruption)
• Self reporting (a longer interruption)
• Email using Imap (short delays)
• Webbmail (short delays)
• Terminal server environment unreachable during the service window)
• Agresso and Palasso (a longer interruption)
• Kursportalen (short delays)
• Valwebb (short delays)
• Konto.gu.se (short delays)
These services will be temporarily unavailable during this time period.
People logged in to these services might also get logged out without warning during these hours.
Users of these systems should plan their work during Saturday and restrain from logging in until after 12.00 Am.

We have reported problems concerning the telephone system.
It is impossible to get in touch with GUs switchboard operators at the moment.

Malfunctions in the service ”Self service”
There maybe a temporary error in the application “Self service” at the moment.
The service “Guidad rese- rapportering” sometimes presents an incorrect “anställningslöpnummer” that result in an error like the reported trip disappears.
This temporary error will been taken care of some time during week 11.

IT-services will conduct system maintenance regularly every second Saturday of the month.
This Saturday the maintenance will be during 08.00-11.00.

Due to a service upgrade there will be an interruption to the Ladok services on Sunday, February 24 between 10.00 and 16.00.
The maintenance work will affects the following services:

Registrations
Name and address

Maintenance work on the University telephone systems.
Today at 17.00 (Friday 15th of February) there will be maintenance work on the University telephone systems.
This will result in short interruptions for users with IP-telephones and longer interruption for users at Institute of Odontology and EBM connected to the analogue telephone system.
During this interruption it will be impossible to phone to or from connections at the University.
The internal telephone traffic within the University will be working as normal.
The telephone system is expected to function as normal on Saturday at noon.

The Student and staff Portal, data warehouse and Ladok services between 08.00 and 12.00 am. These services will be unavailable during this time period, people logged in to these services might also get logged out without warning during these hours.

We have reported problems concerning the telephone system.

It is impossible to refer connections at the moment.
The provider, TDC-company are taking care of the problems.

Some problems with the IP-telephones.
After updating the telephone system during this weekend we have notice some problems.
If your IP-telephone is not working, do as follows:
Disconnect your telephone wire between the telephone and the wall socket and wait for 10 seconds. Reconnect the wire and wait for the telephone to start in a couple of minutes.

If your telephone doesn´t start up, please contact service desk, by email or phone 2020 for help.

Terminal servers between 08.00 and 12.00 am.

This means that the services \\\"Self-Service\\\" will be unavailable on Monday from 08.00 - 17.00.
The services \\\"Self-Service\\\" is expected to be back online at 17.00.
