Information to staff using DAFGU-mac:system upgrade to OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

During the night before 2 dec an automatic system upgrade will be pushed out to all DAFGU-macs still running Yosemite (MacOS 10.10) or older.

For those who wish this can be preempted by doing the upgrade manually through the “Show On-Demand Software” in the applications folder. Select “Systemuppgradering till OS X El Capitan 10.11.6” and press “ok”.

The upgrade will take between 45 minutes and 2 hours or more depending on the computer and internet connection speed.

We recommend you to perform this upgrade at a time more suitable to you to avoid unnecessary disturbance in the morning of 2 dec.
